By accessing or using ZenPhysic ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Service Description

ZenPhysic provides pelvic floor training programs including guided exercises, breathwork, progress tracking, and daily check-ins. The Service is designed as a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional medical treatment.

User Accounts


  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

  • You may not share your account with others

Subscription and Billing

Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period

  • We offer a 7-day refund on paid plans, no questions asked

  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice

Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to bypass security measures, upload viruses or malicious code, impersonate others, or use the Service for illegal purposes.

Intellectual Property

ll content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by ZenPhysic and are protected by intellectual property laws.
